The hotel rooms were good in size, but the bathrooms were small, and the beds were too small to sleep alone. On the bright side, the rooms were freshened with a good room freshener. The staff were helpful and polite, especially Mr Gabriel and Veera, though they could be more polite. The location was good and accessible, with amenities matching the value for money paid, but it wasn't ideal for visiting central Madurai. The dining experience was very basic and poor quality, with prices not matching the food quality. The hotel provided facilities like room service, dry cleaning, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance.
